Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, , to uphold high cleanliness standards. Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with the management team to implement best practices in cleaning procedures. Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure adherence to quality standards and rectify any issues as necessary. Experience Previous experience in commercial housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Regularly required to walk, sit, stand, remain on feet for long periods of time, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, lift or move heavy objects regularly weighing up to 50 pounds, and reach with hands and arms. I would say we would also prefer someone with a minimum of 1 year experience in janitorial/light maintenance work. Understand and follow written and oral instructions and to work with others.
