Cocoa Lofts is a 153-room extended-stay boutique hotel committed to providing guests with exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and personalized service. We are currently seeking detail-oriented, dependable, and enthusiastic Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for cleanliness, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed and scheduled (e.g., carpet cleaning, mattress flipping, etc.). Restock vending machines, and submit inventory requests to Property Manager Follow daily cleaning schedules Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to Property Manager Comply with safety, security, and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals Assist in the laundering and folding of linens and towels as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnaround of rooms during peak periods Clean (daily) Gym, Laundry 1, Laundry Room 2, Pool Deck Trash clean up (daily) exterior lawns, parking area & walk ways Empty common area trash bins & doggie stations Refill doggie stations Clean Office & Office Bathroom (weekly)

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or extended-stay property preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Must be legally authorized to work in the U.
