Job Description:

As a part-time Maintenance/Housekeeping Houseperson, you will provide support across maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the hotel. Your role will be a mix of hands-on tasks, guest service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Support:

Assist with cleaning and stocking public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping staff, and responding to guest requests for items like towels or linens.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and ensuring equipment operates correctly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address immediate needs and support smooth operations.

Guest Requests:

Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns related to cleanliness or functionality of facilities.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in housekeeping or maintenance roles is a plus. Ability to handle light maintenance tasks and cleaning responsibilities effectively. Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
