What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning service to maintain the high standards we’ve set for our Airbnb properties listed across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Dania beach, Delray Beach, etc. Here’s what we expect from our ideal cleaning partner: ?

Thorough Cleaning:

From top to bottom, ensure our properties are spotless and inviting for every guest. ?

Flexible Scheduling:

Able to accommodate guest turnovers and provide quick cleanings between bookings. ?️

Linen and Towel Service:

Properly launder and refresh all linens and towels for each guest. ?

Security and Trustworthiness:

Respect the privacy and security of our guests and their belongings. ?

Amenities Restocking:

Check and replenish essential amenities, such as toiletries and kitchen supplies. ?

Photo-Ready Presentation:

Make sure the property looks picture-perfect for listing photos. ?

Communication:

Maintain open lines of communication and provide updates as needed. ?

Consistency:

Deliver consistent, high-quality results every time. ?

Experience:

Proven experience in vacation rental or hospitality cleaning is a big plus. ?

Cleaning Supplies:

Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Tasks include:

• Dusting and polishing all surfaces
• Changing linens on beds
• Laundering towels/Sheets and replacing
• Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, including all appliances and fixtures

• Floors:

  mopping and vacuuming

• Putting and washing dishes (if used)
• Wipe down surfaces
• Replacement of household items (Paper towels, coffee pods, toilet paper, etc)
• Trash removal
• General cleaning and touch-ups where needed

Job Requirements:

• Must be a professional with a positive attitude
• open availability in case I have a guest checking out and in on the same day
• must have a reliable form of transportation to work
• must have a camera phone to send me pictures of the units before you clean and after so I can review the guests after they check out.
• Report to me if anything is broken or stolen, a smoke smell, and provide photos/videos for evidence.
