The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. Flexibility in scheduling is preferred to accommodate varying shifts as needed.
