The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organized. This role requires a commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to maintain a polished appearance. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards. Manage cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when reordering is necessary. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
