Job Description
Housekeeper 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the common areas and facilities within the condominium property. This includes lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness centers, and other shared spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and public restrooms Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust daily Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and entryways Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (e.g., door handles, elevator buttons) Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal from entrances or cleaning outdoor common areas Follow health and safety standards and comply with condominium policies Maintain housekeeping equipment and inform management of needed repairs Support event setups or move-ins/outs as requested Full-Time Sun-Thur 8a-4:30p
