Responsibilities include:
Respond promptly to requests from guestsand other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cartto assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures forgaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guestamenities and supplies in rooms. Replace dirty linens and terrywith clean items. Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Removetrash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that allappliances are present in the room and in working order. Straightendesk items, furniture, and appliances. Dust, polish, and removemarks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floorcare duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway). Follow all companyand safety and security policies and procedures; report anymaintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;complete safety training and certifications; properly storeflammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
