The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintain the cleanliness of carpets and upholstery. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
