Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at Courtyard by Marriott, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to Marriott’s high standards. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards Replace linens, make beds, and replenish amenities Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
