Responsibilities include:

Respond promptly to requests from guestsand other departments. Identify and report preventative or othermaintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Post cautionsigns. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs.

Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms asrequested. Remove items from hallways and transport to serviceareas, including debris, room service food and beverage trays,unread newspapers, soiled linens, and trash placed near Housekeepercarts. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment. Follow allcompany and safety and security policies and procedures; report anymaintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries;complete safety training and certifications; properly storeflammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearance areclean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
