Job Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods, often for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Must be able periodically kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasks. Must be able to push and/or pull approximately 60% of the time, to include when using a cart to carry linens, trash, tools, etc. Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens. Deliver linens and other supplies to room attendants. Remove all dirty linen from rooms and transport to laundry. Remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and mop floors. Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas. Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions. Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction. May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects. May assist with other duties as assigned.
