Job Description
Houseperson 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Plantation, FL 33324 This position’s primary responsibility is for the overall sanitation and maintenance of the assigned premises. Horseperson duties include cleaning common areas, repairing any broken items, responding to the Chairman/CEO’s requests and inquiries, flexibility to multi-task. Horseperson must run errands accordingly while complying with the policy standards and security regulations. We are looking for a full-time person to participate in our operations and activities. They will be responsible for storing materials, picking, and packing and any special projects.
Responsibilities:
Restock the beverage cooler daily, maintaining an inventory from the mailroom and the warehouse. Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas at multiple locations. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions. Check mailroom throughout the day, keep clean, orderly and deliver packages. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization in the storage area, and warehouse. Operate/drive company van in a safe and efficient manner as needed. Assist in loading and unloading the van. Perform other related duties, specials projects or assignments as requested. Prepare and complete order requests for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, deliver or ship) between multiple locations assigned. Take outgoing mail to the post office in Plantation once per week and check PO Box. Assist in setting up local meetings- set up / teardown.
Requirements:
Valid driver license with an excellent driving record. Ability to understand and communicate directions. Able to lift over 50 lbs. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple changing tasks. Flexible and adaptable to change. High school degree or equivalent.
