Sub-contractor House Cleaner Legendary Cleaning Crew Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning subcontractor with at least 2 years of professional experience in commercial or residential cleaning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, punctual, and able to deliver high-quality cleaning services independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring client satisfaction. Must have own transportation, cleaning equipment (preferred), and the ability to work flexible hours. This is a 1099 subcontractor position. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial spaces, and hotel rooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Dust, vacuum, mop, and scrub surfaces to achieve a high standard of cleanliness. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Clean carpets using appropriate methods and equipment to maintain their appearance. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and cleaning products. Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively, including vacuums and carpet cleaners. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
