We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaning Professional to join our growing team!

Position Overview:

As a Vacation Rental Cleaning Professional, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining high-end vacation rental properties between guest stays. Your role will involve not only cleaning, but also ensuring that the property is stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and other guest essentials. Your work will directly impact the guest experience, making it crucial to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Replace linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.) and make the beds to a high standard of presentation/Well & Good Brand Standards. Ensure all guest essentials (toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, coffee) are stocked and ready for the next guest. Potentially handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Perform light maintenance checks and report any issues (e.g., broken appliances, damages) to the team. Ensure the property is “guest-ready,” paying attention to small details such as arranging furniture, replenishing kitchen supplies, and adding finishing touches that elevate the guest experience. Work with a team to manage a schedule of cleaning and turnover needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow all health and safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Adhere to the core values of working with the Well & good team!

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a wellness or hospitality environment (but not required). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team as needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Ability to lift light to moderate cleaning supplies and equipment.
