Experienced Housekeeper Needed (Live-Out with Rotating Overnight Stays) Position Available In Collier, Florida

A private family in Naples is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a family environment, enjoy working with children, and collaborate effectively with another housekeeper on a rotating schedule that includes overnight stays when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Full housekeeping duties, including daily and deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general organization Meal preparation and cooking (family-style meals, healthy options preferred) Childcare support, including occasional babysitting as needed Assist with household errands and maintaining household supplies Coordinate and communicate effectively with the other housekeeper to ensure seamless coverage and support Flexibility to stay overnight on a rotating basis

Requirements:

Prior experience in a private household is required Confident in the kitchen and able to prepare simple, healthy meals Comfortable with children and experienced with light childcare responsibilities Strong sense of discretion, organization, and initiative Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass background checks and provide excellent references
