Maintenance/Housekeeping The Vista at Hammock Cove 5175 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34113 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment in residential or commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an orderly manner. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for interaction with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods while standing or moving. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
