Residential Cleaning Specialist Nenita’s Cleaning LLC Naples, FL Overview Nenita’s Cleaning LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professional cleaners to join our team. Cleaners can be located in Southwest FL, Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Immokale, Lehigh Acres, and also in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cleaning the houses of our customers by providing regular cleaning, deep cleaning, moving in/out cleaning, or post construction cleaning. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to high standards of hygiene in keeping our customers’ homes clean, fresh, and healthy. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Billingual cleaners are welcome. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and used safely. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cleanliness goals efficiently. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
