Housekeeper American Motel Management 3954 SW State Road 47, Lake City, FL 32024 Looking for Highly Motivated Friendly Focused Team-players. Essential Functions:

The hours and days vary based on individual property needs. Cleaning Check-outs in a timely manner and consistent with standards. Cleaning stay overs in a timely manner and consistent with standards. Extra housekeeping duties as assigned. Assist with Laundry as requested Assist with Public Space cleaning as requested

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required Excellent oral, organization and written communication skills Customer Service Team-player Reliable transportation is required

Physical:

Standing for prolonged periods Repetitive stair-climbing Kneeling and/or squatting Pushing and pulling 20 lbs
