The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in both commercial and residential settings. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and offices to ensure a hygienic environment. Conduct floor care duties such as buffing and polishing surfaces to maintain their appearance. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitization. Support industrial cleaning efforts as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Knowledge of residential painting techniques is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
