Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Assist with housekeeping management by restocking supplies and managing inventory levels. Conduct industrial cleaning duties as needed, including deep cleaning carpets and upholstery. Maintain floor care through regular sweeping, mopping, and polishing of various surfaces. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services. Uphold safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
