The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of the facility. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while paying attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and effectively. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing housekeeping duties. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping management roles is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment. Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus. Proficient in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and buffing. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
