We allow our cleaners to adjust and pick their own working calendars and schedules while also being provided structure and the back end of operations to handle all customer service for them. We offer schedule freedom, handle customers/operations, handle customer complaints and issues, and allow you do just focus on cleaning and maintaining solid reliability and consistency with customers.
