Position Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning and light housekeeping duties of Liberty Alliance office spaces. This position plays a vital role in maintaining clean, welcoming, and professional environments. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Office Cleaning:
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas Emptying trash and recycling bins Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory Completes all other tasks and duties as needed to help drive Liberty Alliance’s Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our organization’s values.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Proven experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting to 25 pounds unassisted Reliable transportation to both the office and corporate housing locations Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including operating various machines and equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking bending, crouching, and reaching. Tasks may require lifting, carrying, or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The may also involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and occasional climbing of stairs.
