Position Details Title:

South Tampa – Relocation assistance is available, either in the form of separate housing provided by the family or a relocation bonus to secure your own residence.

Housekeeping & Laundry Maintain 5 star hotel-level cleanliness and presentation throughout the 6500 square foot home. (The owner is meticulous about organization) Track all receipts and expenses (e.g., Collect service receipts for reimbursement, food delivery, maintenance, supplies etc and give this to the House Manager) Oversee daily cleaning routines and deep cleaning as needed. Ensure towels, linens, and all household items are organized and displayed as they would be in a luxury hotel. Label and maintain organized storage systems (closets, cabinets, pantries, kitchen, and bathrooms) in coordination with seasonal visits from professional organizers. Meal Support They will hire a chef soon. Assist the mother with meal prep and cooking as needed, or take initiative to prepare meals independently with help from other staff. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen during and after meal times. 3. Team Collaboration Work closely and respectfully with other staff, including nannies, personal assistants, and the house manager. Step in for childcare staff if absolutely necessary (rare) due to absence or vacation. The family will 2 (Rotational Nannies) on staff. Offer constructive feedback and support a high-functioning, solution-oriented team dynamic. 4. Guest & Family Readiness Answering the door, greeting guests, taking their coat, offering them refreshments. Anticipate the needs of the family and their guests by reading the room and responding accordingly. Ensure all spaces are always guest-ready—tidy, stocked, and welcoming. Serving food and drinks to guests on property. Assisting with catering and serving at dinner parties. 5. Professionalism & Work Ethic Exhibit discretion, reliability, honesty, and consistent follow-through. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where no task is too big or too small. Approach each day with a “doer” mentality—proactive, thoughtful, and hands-on. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years experience in a high-end Luxury Household, with Hotel-Standard housekeeping and organizational needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to take direction from the house manager while also being self-motivated. High energy, stamina, and a team player mentality. Fluent in English; bilingual a plus, but not necessary. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. •
