The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces. Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial/residential cleaning is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Skills in cooking are a plus but not required; however, flexibility in duties is appreciated.
