GENERAL DESCRIPTION

To provide daily housekeeping for restrooms, vacation home, and boutique glamping tents.

STATUS & COMPENSATION

$20-$25 per hour based on experience and duties. Part Time.

DUTIES:

Cleaning and sanitizing rooms Emptying trash bins Wiping surfaces Vacuuming and mopping floors Dusting furniture and lamps Making beds and changing sheets and covers Replenishing toiletries Washing and folding linen and laundry Deep cleaning canvas. Running errands

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift 30 pounds to chest height without assistance. Ability to work outdoors in weather conditions typical of Florida. Hold a valid driver’s license. Attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning methods Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good organizational and time management skills An appropriate level of physical stamina Customer service focus and good interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions Possess a strong work ethic.
