Our purpose is simple, to enable you to become the best version of yourself. Summary We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Housekeeping Representative to join our team! Our Housekeeping Representative work diligently to ensure the consistent cleanliness of the club while delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role is ultimately responsible for monitoring club spaces to make sure they are clean, stocked with supplies, and up to our high standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests and team members. Perform daily maintenance tasks to maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety. Keep locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas clean, tidy, stocked, and always welcoming. Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure locker rooms are neat, clean, dry, orderly, and fully stocked. Ensure that the parking lot, sidewalks, entrance, and lobby meet company presentation standards. Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the fitness floor. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries. Notify management when rooms or equipment need attention beyond cleaning. Respond to member feedback with urgency, providing prompt solution-oriented customer service.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year customer service and operational cleaning experience (Preferred) Extraordinary organizational skills Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends. Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
