The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. REQUIRED

! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels as needed. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Maintain an organized supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Skills Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is beneficial. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely, including vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor buffers. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
