We are looking for both Saturday and Sundays all day and weekdays when needed. Must be able to work both days on the weekend. We are paying competitively with up to $20 an hour, you will get paid weekly. We have company based training, and supply/equipment, products, and uniforms to our employees. • Compensation:

  $15-20/HR

• Experience:

  Must have professional work experience cleaning in residential homes for at least 1 year.

• Required:

  Must have valid drivers license, a car, insurance, and be able to pass a background check.

• Be Professional:

  Act in a professional manner at all times. Always be polite when speaking to customers. (You are a reflection of the company and a good attitude is very important for customer satisfaction.)

• Duties 1.

Clean and sanitize surfaces. 2. Sweep/mop floors and vacuum rugs, carpet, fabric furniture. 3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and countertops. (Remove hair from all drains.) 4. Empty trash and replace bags. (Clean the garbage cans if needed.) 5. Dust cobwebs, Blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, and picture frames. 6. Clean and deep clean appliances. 7. Quick Declutter and organize. 8. Clean or spot clean walls, cabinets, furniture, and etc. 9. Wipe mirrors and clean windows/sliders (When windows and sliders are included and/or requested.) 10. Make beds. 11. Get anything visible, that can be clean, within reason/ what we offer. 12. Do laundry and fold (When requested) 13. Clean the dishes or load and unload the dishwasher (When requested) 14.

Vacation rentals:

change linens and check for bedbugs. Do the laundry and fold. 15.

Vacation rentals:

restock any supplies that are given. 16. Vacation rentals, move-in/move out: inspect for damages or defective items like low batteries. Take a picture or a short video and send to management. 17. Vacation rentals, move-in/move out: organize patio furniture and objects and sweep/mop patio and garage. (When needed or requested.)
