House Cleaner Superior Residential Cleaning Florida LLC Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. We looking for subcontractors who are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Must know how to Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Manage housekeeping duties effectively, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for clients. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Be on time to the job. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping (2-3 years experience) Meet our company cleaning standard Complete Cleaning checklist for every job Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. Must Have Licensed & Insurance A car to get to the job Drivers license Clean record Bank account for direct deposit Cleaning equipment (Vacuum, Mop, Rags, & cleaning supplies) Great Attitude Good communication skills Be able to work 20-40 hours a week (Monday-Friday 8 AM-4PM), sometimes weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of proper care for various surfaces Cleaning and preparation of guest bedrooms Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies Dust high and low surfaces and polish furniture and fittings Clean metal fixtures and fittings Empty and clean trash containers Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers Wipe down glass surfaces Wipe down refrigerators, wine fridge, mini fridges, etc. Dispose of expired food in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry Make up beds and change linens as required Tidy up rooms Organize closets, storage, etc. Sort, wash, fold, and put away clean laundry Iron and press clothing and linens Manage dry cleaning, dry cleaning inventory, and inspect clothing upon return Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements Wash dishes and clean the kitchen according to agreed hygiene standards Clean appliances Declutter and organizational projects Care for indoor/outdoor plants Polish silver Cleaning up and organizing outdoor living spaces (e.g., pool pavilion, outbuildings, barn, porches, patios, etc.) Assistance with entertaining on occasion (e.g., preparing for the event, helping after hours during the event, clean up, etc.) Compensation Paid 65% per Deep Clean & 70% Move Out Clean per job (Not hourly, make what you’re worth) Recurring Standard Cleaning 50% per job Get paid 1-3 days after every job (When we get paid you get paid right away) Join Superior Cleaning, skilled professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services and care about you and what your worth is!
