The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, as well as strong customer service skills. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use. Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and common areas. Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets or hard surfaces. Assist in the preparation of meals when required, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning protocols are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize effectively and maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
