Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends. Company benefits include health insurance, vision, dental, 401k, employee discounts, and much more. Essential Job Functions Maintain guest room cleanliness by following Auro Hotels’ and brand standards, using proper cleaning procedures and supplies. Assist colleagues when tasks are completed and complete special projects or requests from management. Handle linens and bedding, including sorting, folding, triple-sheeting beds, and replenishing guest supplies. Clean and maintain hotel areas, including rooms, public spaces, furniture, carpets, draperies, walls, windows, and patios. Manage waste and restock supplies, including emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Follow safety and emergency procedures while ensuring all tasks are performed securely and efficiently. Full-time hours available. Experience/Education 1-2 years experience as a Guest Room Attendant with an established hotel brand, preferably Marriott. High School Diploma Preferred.
