• Change bedding and vacuum, typically 1 or 2 bedroom(s) in a day, and run the laundry, (load washer and dryer with changed bedding).

$20 per each room cleaned that day. Each room should take about 20 minutes to half an hour to do. So you can make anywhere from $20 or $40 (or sometimes even $60), for each time you come to change rooms, for 20 minutes to one hour of work.

Perfect for student, mom or retiree wanting some easy extra cash. Must be responsible and completely reliable. If you want a couple of extra hours we can have you clean the rest of the house once a week, let us know if you want that work too. Watering and gardening too perhaps, if interested. Turnovers take place between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and can be random, some days none and other days 1 or 2… or 3.
