⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Residential Cleaner/Maid (Longboat Key) compensation: $20+ Expenses I’m putting together a residential cleaning business operating in Bradenton Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and Longboat Key. Transportation won’t be provided initially, so you need a vehicle and a valid Florida driver’s license. I will consider expensing your gas and cleaning supplies, therefore I expect you to reside reasonably close. Anyone can clean thoroughly with enough time and proper supplies. The average homeowner wants someone they could trust in their home without supervision, so that’s what I’m looking for in you. The job has potential to be lenient and fun, don’t take advantage of that. If you’re hired and bring potential clients with you, you will be rewarded. At the moment, I’m building a roster to interview. This job will start out on-call/part-time, but will expand with time. I plan to keep the team small, but tightly-knit. I would appreciate hiring recommendations if you’ve worked with high performers that make you look forward to showing up to work.
