Environmental Cleaning Technician All Inclusive Janitorial Group LLC Ocala, FL Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus. Must be reliable and punctual.
