Housekeeper/Laundry ocala suites hotel 2430 NE 2nd St, Ocala, FL 34470 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens and towels are laundered, folded, and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry products. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hospitality setting. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
