The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Proficient in custodial practices and techniques for effective cleaning. Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Experience in industrial cleaning settings is a plus. Strong housekeeping management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace consistently. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is desirable.
