As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning protocols will ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use. Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and longevity of surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Manage housekeeping responsibilities effectively, ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness standards. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles is required. Must have reliable transportation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including sanitization practices for various surfaces. Experience with carpet cleaning methods and floor care is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
