As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other amenities as needed. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Assist with the cleaning of public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
