This role involves various cleaning tasks, including sanitizing, organization, laundry, and floor care, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Duties Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices or business environments to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns in a professional manner. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials after use. Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or sanitization. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various settings such as homes or hotels. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning supplies is a plus.
