Join our team! At Hilton Garden Inn Miami & Homewood Suites Miami Dolphin Mall we are searching for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should be passionate about providing a high-quality service.
Responsibilities Job Purpose:
Complete all assigned guestrooms daily. Vacuum/shampoo carpet/clean floors/mop room. Dust/polish furniture. Change linens and replenish all amenities for bathroom/kitchen. Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and counter tops. Follow guidelines for proper chemical use. Do not mix chemicals and only use as instructed. Follow hotel safety standards and only use hotel approved chemicals. Inform Lead Supervisor or Head Housekeeper of housekeeping supplies to be ordered. Inform Lead Supervisor of maintenance deficiencies or mechanical problems. Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Skills:
Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Detail oriented and thorough Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor towards staff, guests and visitors to the property Time management skills
Job Qualifications:
Education HS Diploma or equivalent Experience None required
