Housekeeper Campbell Property Management – 3.6 Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time $15 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Duties and Essential Functions Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, common rooms (party room, children’s play room, fitness center) and other work areas so that health standards are met. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Carry toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, using brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Report any and all maintenance items that include, but is not limited to, burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Building Maintenance Department. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. Dust window blinds. Observe all State, Federal and Company safety standards/precautions while performing task in order to maintain a safe work environment. Observe precautions required to protect Residents, guests and property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Prepare rooms for meetings, and arrange decorations, and furniture for social or business functions. Observe all State, Federal and Company safety standards/precautions while performing task in order to maintain a safe work environment. Properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Full-Time Tuesday , Friday and Saturday from 7am to 3:30PM and Wednesday & Thursday 12:00PM to 8:30
