The Courtyard Miami Airport, located at 1201 NW LeJeune Road,Miami, FL 33126 is currently hiring a Housekeeping Aide.

Responsibilities include:

Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.

Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues inpublic areas or guest rooms. Post caution signs. Contact otherdepartments directly for urgent repairs. Deliver guest requests andset up furniture items in guest rooms as requested. Remove itemsfrom hallways and transport to service areas, including debris,room service food and beverage trays, unread newspapers, soiledlinens, and trash placed near Housekeeper carts. Clean, maintain,and store cleaning equipment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, orinjuries; complete safety training and certifications; properlystore flammable materials. Ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs;assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull,and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds withoutassistance. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending,twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for anextended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties asrequested by Supervisors.
