About the role
The Housekeeping Coorinator manages calls into the housekeeping epartment an ensures all guest requests are forware to the appropriate iniviual to follow through on request, facilitating the operational efficiency of the epartment.
What you will o
Open the epartment in the morning shift, print all neee reports. Create aily work assignments for Room Attenant an Turnown Attenant in esignate computer systems. Issues the aily work assignments to Lobby Attenants, Housemen an Supervisors.
Ensure special set ups in guestrooms, guest requests, group an event movement are highlighte on assignments.
Monitor Housekeeping, Launry & Valet an Engineering service requests from guests for action in a timely manner an follow up if neee.
Upate aily the PowerPoint briefing slieshows for the Morning an Evening Housekeeping briefings.
Monitor status of stayover rooms an arrival rooms an move rooms aroun in Room Attenant assignments to ensure all rooms are cleane an inspecte by 3pm.
Monitor Housekeeping staffing for all positions for the next ay an informs the Housekeeping management of any over or unerstaffing accoring to labor stanars.
Conuct weekly inventories of all Housekeeping supplies with the input of the Floor Supervisors an submit Purchase Orers to hol par levels.
Maintain tracking sheets for Housekeeping staff prouctivity.
Maintain cleanliness in the Housekeeping Office an storage rooms
