We are seeking a candidate that is excited to work at a unique, beachfront, luxury condominium and is excited to deliver personalized, 5-star attention to our residents and owners and their families and guests. Since you will be assisting various high-profile guests, we seek top-notch talent that is willing to be responsible, amiable, and overall passionate about providing superior hospitality service. You should have previous or relevant experience in a luxury, high-level of service – industry. Duties Cleans and maintains lobbies, Gym, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways. Mop stone & wood floors daily according to approved procedure using only approved cleaning products. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Clean exterior windows of each individual units in the building and ensure that all glass panels are spot free. Clean and polish all mirrors, chrome and other hard surfaces daily using only approved cleaning products. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Completes daily special projects assigned by the Housekeeper Manager. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas. Pressure Cleaning Pool & Beach furniture, beach walkways, parking garage, and arrival ramp. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices within the Hospitality industry. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to guests.
