Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Keeping track of liquor inventory Receiving and storing beverage and produce orders Making sure that liquor room is kept neat and organized at all times Accurately keeping track of owner’s ledger Sending a daily updated list of out of stock items Keeping track of best sellers and providing a weekly list to management Moving and storing liquor boxes from storage to restaurant and vice versa (it is important that candidate is able to lift heavy objects).
