Overnight Houseman Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach 4835 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards.
