The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hygiene and appearance of residential spaces, ensuring that our clients enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Your responsibilities will encompass various cleaning tasks, including laundering, sanitizing, and floor care. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Conduct carpet cleaning to maintain the quality and appearance of carpets in homes. Provide floor care services, including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Offer excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with additional housekeeping management tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.
