Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to provide guests with a comfortable stay. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in designated areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in deep cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial for maintaining various types of flooring. A strong background in hospitality is advantageous for understanding guest expectations and service standards.
